History
Historically, the little town of San Simone
was founded around the year 1600
and it was then, thanks to the countryside's well-known healthy and salutary features, when the wealthy families living on the coastline, chose it as a place for regeneration and for their holidays during the long, hot summer time in 'Salento'.
The area became an ideal place for a longer stays and in a short time rose the little church of San Simone (1664), recently renovated, beside the little palace of #ViaGiustiTre. Then, some family units started to move here permanently, establishing the first built up areas and working in the surronding flourishing lands.
The folk tales trace the origin of ViaGiustiTre little palace to the year 1700, at first as a stable and a warehouse at ground level, then years later with more rooms in different sizes to meet the needs of those families previously living here. The official documentation report the building existence in 1950, when it was officially registered at the (new founded) "District Registry office".

Via GiustiTre is an typical cosy palace located in the historical center of San Simone village, in the middle of Salento's land.
The particular position allows every guest to relax and regenerate in a quite and charming indoor atmosphere and, at the same time, to discover the real essence of our land and its several historical evidences from preshistoric monuments like "Menhir" and "Dolmen" to the Roman Empire, from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance till the Messapi's tribe, whom lived in Salento during ancient times.

Home Gallery
is located in San Simone, a seventeenth – century small town, a Basilian old village, in 'Salento', a symbol of deep spirituality and renowned hospitality as a social value.
Reconverted spaces, re-awakened and transformed, are now opening the doors to Art and wellness, following a soul - nurturing path.

Each design work, produced in Limited Edition is purchasable.
Inspired by the Italian minimalism aesthetic from the '50s to the '70s, they are conceived as site-specific installations for this space, where everything, from furniture to prototypes, from lights by
'LightRetrò173'
to modern antiques objects of the Fifties, contributes to return that sense of life, growth and constant rebirth.
Living Experiences
The project aim is to let each guest to relax and regenerate in a quite and elegant atmosphere surronded by charming, refined spaces furnished with vintage lights, contemporary Art works, Majolica and modern antiques objects.
ViaGiustiTre is a Guest House small palace with 4 comfortable Studio Flats, all with private entrances, two at the ground level and two on the first floor creating a magical and enchanting atmosphere bonded to the four elements of creation:
Air, Water, Earth
and Fire.
Air - Studio flat Suite
Open space Suite for 2 persons
- Typical ancient open space room decorated with modern antiques furnishing elements like one off vintage pieces, unique Art works and wonderful lights from the '70s. The colors are green and white.
The charming atmosphere and the quite of the ancient historical center, whom surrond all the building, contribute to a relaxing and regenerating stay.
It is located on the first floor and it is complete with a well equipped breakfast station, private bathroom with shower and a typical fireplace.
Wi-Fi access and Air conditioning.
Earth - Studio Flat
Suitable for 3 persons
- A warm, natural white and grey colors. An ecletic Mezanine flat with typical stars-vaulted ceilings furnished in a minimal style, where everything, from the modern antiques furnishing elements to the charming lights, create a deep and relaxing atmosphere for every guest.
It is located at ground level complete with fully equipped kitchen, living room, loft bedrooms with barrel - vaulted ceiling, work space, private bathroom with shower and a typical fireplace.

Fire - Studio Flat with
Terrace
Suitable for 3 persons
- Typical cosy flat charming and essential located on the first floor with typical stars-vaulted ceilings. The irregular ancient stairs bring up to the simply marvellous private terrazza where every guest can relax to the wonderful view of the countryside and the nearby Jonian sea. The colors are green, grey, white and yellow with one off Artworks, modern antiques furnishing elements and lights.
